Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at French Hot Dog.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. Below you will find our return and refund policy in accordance with Greek and EU consumer law.


❄️ Frozen Food Products (Non-returnable)

Due to food safety regulations and EU/Greece consumer protection law, frozen food products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

This applies to all items that require frozen storage — including sausages, buns, and full kits.

⚠️ Under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, perishable and temperature-sensitive goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.


🔧 Equipment (Grills, Hot Dog Makers, Accessories)

Returns are accepted for equipment only, and only under these conditions:

  • The item is unused and in new condition

  • All original packaging, instructions, and accessories are included

  • The return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Return is pre-approved via email

  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or invoice)

⚠️ All returns must be delivered by appointment to our Athens location.
Postal or courier returns are not accepted.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — email us immediately at hello@frenchhotdog.gr, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


🔁 Refunds

If your return is approved and the item is inspected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.


🚚 Delivery Notes

All deliveries are made by our internal logistics team.
Free delivery is available in Athens and surrounding suburbs for orders starting at €40.
