Thank you for shopping at French Hot Dog. Below is our shipping policy for all orders placed through our store.

📍 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

  • Athens

  • Attica region (including nearby suburbs)

We do not ship outside Greece or to P.O. boxes, lockers, or courier points.

❄️ Cold-Chain Delivery

All items are delivered using our own freezer-equipped vehicles, ensuring a constant temperature of –18°C from our storage facility to your door.
This guarantees food safety and preserves product quality.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and scheduled for delivery within 1–2 business days

  • Most deliveries arrive next business day

  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 2 business days

If your delivery is delayed, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

💶 Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery for orders of €40 or more

  • Orders under €40 are subject to a €20 delivery fee

Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

🚫 Order Tracking

We currently do not offer real-time tracking.
All deliveries are managed by our in-house team and coordinated directly with customers when needed.

❗ Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and store the frozen goods immediately upon delivery

  • We are not responsible for product spoilage due to delays in customer collection or improper storage after delivery
