Welcome to French Hot Dog, operated by DAVID FAMILY GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on our website and define your legal rights and obligations when using our services.

By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our site. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. All information provided must be accurate and current.

2. Product Information

We strive to accurately display our products, but variations (e.g., colors or packaging) may occur. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Prices are shown in euros (€), excluding taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, accurate billing and contact details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver only within Athens and the Attica region, using our own temperature-controlled vehicles at –18 °C to ensure product safety.

  • Free delivery for orders over €40

  • €20 delivery fee for orders under €40

  • Delivery occurs within 1–2 business days

  • No delivery on weekends or public holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or external conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Frozen Goods

Due to food safety regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, frozen and perishable food items are non-returnable once delivered, as they are excluded from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. This applies to all frozen hot dog products, buns, and kits.

6. Returnable Items (Equipment Only)

Only equipment (grills, machines, accessories) may be returned if:

  • Returned within 14 days

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging and invoice

  • Pre-approved via email to hello@frenchhotdog.gr

Returns must be delivered in person or by agreement. We do not accept postal returns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services and products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages resulting from use, misuse, delays, or inability to access our site or services, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

8. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy] and Shopify's privacy terms. By using our store, you consent to data processing by us and third parties necessary to provide services.

9. Intellectual Property
